Custom-branded mobile event applications delivering enterprise-grade experiences for the world's leading companies
Over a 3-year period, I spearheaded the delivery of more than 50 white-labeled mobile event applications for Fortune 500 companies, transforming how enterprise organizations engage attendees at their flagship conferences and corporate events.
Each application was fully customized to match client brand guidelines while maintaining the robust functionality and reliability demanded by events hosting thousands of attendees. This portfolio of work included high-profile deployments for companies like Stripe, Figma, and Miro, where app performance and user experience directly impacted brand reputation.
The success of these implementations relied on deep collaboration with client stakeholders, onsite observation at live events, and continuous iteration based on real-world usage patterns and feedback.

I orchestrated the end-to-end delivery of white-labeled mobile applications for Fortune 500 clients, serving as the primary product owner and client interface throughout the implementation lifecycle. This role required balancing client customization requests with platform scalability, ensuring each deployment maintained brand integrity while leveraging our core technology stack.
My responsibilities included conducting discovery sessions with enterprise stakeholders to understand their event objectives, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and coordinating across design, engineering, and QA teams to deliver on aggressive timelines. I frequently traveled to client events for onsite support and observation, using these experiences to identify friction points and inform product improvements.
Through this work, I developed deep expertise in enterprise client management, high-stakes product delivery, and the unique challenges of building technology for live events where there's no room for failure.
Annual customer conference for one of the world's leading fintech companies
Stripe Sessions is Stripe's flagship annual conference, bringing together thousands of developers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders to explore the future of internet commerce. The 2025 edition featured high-profile keynote speakers including Mark Zuckerberg and Jony Ive, spanning 3 days with 8,338 total attendees.

Annual creator conference bringing together designers, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals
Canva Create is Canva's flagship annual conference, bringing together the global creative community to explore the future of visual communication and design. The event features inspiring keynote speakers, hands-on workshops, and interactive experiences that showcase Canva's latest product innovations and empower creators worldwide.
For this high-profile event, I traveled on-site to observe the app in action and gather real-time feedback from attendees and event staff. This hands-on approach allowed me to identify friction points in the user experience and validate that our features were meeting the needs of both organizers and participants at this scale.
Being on-site at Canva Create provided invaluable insights that desk research could never replicate. Watching attendees navigate the venue while using the app revealed patterns in how they accessed session information, enrolled in workshops, and managed their personalized agendas. These real-world observations directly informed product improvements that enhanced the experience for future events.
The hands-on experience also strengthened the client relationship, demonstrating our commitment to understanding their event's unique needs and delivering exceptional results when it mattered most.

Streamlined mobile experience for focused event engagement
The Miro App represents a lightweight alternative to our full-featured event applications, designed for clients who need essential event functionality without the complexity of advanced features. This streamlined approach delivers core capabilities-agenda browsing, session enrollment, basic networking, and push notifications-in an optimized package that's faster to deploy and easier for attendees to navigate.
This product emerged from observing that not all events require the full suite of features. Some clients prioritized speed of implementation and simplicity over comprehensive functionality. The Miro App addressed this need while maintaining the same quality standards and brand customization capabilities.
The Miro App expanded our addressable market by providing a compelling option for mid-sized events and budget-conscious clients. It demonstrated that strategic feature reduction-when done thoughtfully-can increase value rather than diminish it. This product helped establish our platform's flexibility in serving diverse client needs while maintaining consistent quality standards.
