This ecosystem was designed to provide a seamless hybrid experience, unify attendee data across virtual and in-person channels, and help enterprise event teams operationalize large conferences with thousands of attendees.

My Role

Owned product strategy and delivery for BigMarker's mobile companion app and onsite event workflows, partnering closely with design and engineering to create a seamless attendee journey from check-in through session scanning.

Worked directly with enterprise clients including Stripe, Figma, and Miro to gather insights by observing onsite attendee behavior and interviewing operations teams, identifying friction across navigation, queueing, and networking.

Translated these findings into prioritized features such as branded check-in, reliable badge printing and scanning, intuitive agenda navigation, and capacity alerts. Defined requirements across iOS, Android, and onsite kiosks, while ensuring printer and hardware integrations performed reliably at enterprise scale.
