Kateryna's Journey:
From Multi-Hat PM to Product Leadership

I started my career close to customers in customer success and marketing, listening to real challenges and seeing firsthand where products fall short. That experience shaped how I approach product management today: great outcomes come from thoughtful discovery, clear communication, and continuous iteration - especially in fast-moving B2B environments.

Over time, I grew into a multi-hat product manager - part strategist, part UX thinker, part execution lead - working across engineering, design, QA, and marketing to ship event and webinar platforms, mobile apps, AI-powered content tools, and admin experiences at scale. I enjoy turning ambiguity into structure, creating roadmaps and requirements that help teams move faster with confidence. In the AI era, that curiosity extended into hands-on experimentation with AI-driven optimizations and internal tools that improved workflows, accelerated iteration, and strengthened product quality. Claude Code was a game changer in enabling rapid prototyping and practical product exploration.

As an immigrant and traveler, I care deeply about inclusivity and real-world usability. I'm drawn to products that bring people together - events, communities, and learning experiences - and I focus on building experiences that are clear, kind, and genuinely useful for both users and the teams who support them.
